Meet Jairia Pass

In a largely male dominated industry, Oklahoma native Jairia Pass has taken her passion for cannabis cultivation and combined it with her natural talent in sales to become a driving force in the California Recreational Industry.

In 2009 Jairia left her home state of Oklahoma to pursue a place more welcoming to cannabis and relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area. With the state of cannabis being in such an in-between era, her first experience in sales was to local collectives - many of whom had never dealt with a young saleswoman before.

Not only was she a natural in sales, but her collegiate background in biology helped drive her passion for growing as well. By being hands on with the plants and knowing the ins and outs of the entire cultivation process she was able to not just talk the talk, but walk the walk as well.

Fast forward to 2014 and Jairia had moved the operation down to Los Angeles, CA along with her business partner, and by 2015 they had officially launched their first brand. On the brink of legalization they also became a vital part of the effort to pass Proposition M - one of the first steps for statewide recreational legalization.

Now relocated to the 7 Points facility in Woodlake, Jairia has found herself having time to get back in the rooms and help be a part of her original love for the plant.

Since helping start the new phase of 7 Points Cultivation she says “This is probably the best crew of cultivators I’ve worked with. People here seem to have become much more educated in growing, really care about the plants, and show they want to be here instead of it just being a job.”
