Our Roots

With what started as a forgotten Cuties packing facility in Woodlake, CA came a breath of life in the form of indoor cannabis cultivation. Starting in 2018 we renovated our facility to be fit for flower rooms, processing rooms, curing rooms, storage, refrigeration, and room for much more.

Sitting in the heart of California's farm belt, we grew up around agriculture — and it shows in how we operate. We work with local talent alongside some of the best cultivators in the state, bringing classic Central Valley farming work ethic into a modern indoor grow.

Since those first rooms came online we've seen substantial upgrades to our process and have only continued to produce better flower, harvest after harvest.

Fruits of our Labor

After assuming operations of the former citrus facility in 2018, much of the original wood was reclaimed throughout the building to honor its heritage. The same rooms that once packed Cuties citrus now host our cultivation rooms — the building never stopped being a farm, it just changed crops.

Repurposing an existing agricultural building instead of breaking new ground kept tons of material out of the landfill and meaningfully shrank the carbon footprint of getting 7 Points off the ground. We think the history adds character you can't build from scratch.

Sustainability

Energy and waste efficiency is at the core of our cultivation process. Our seven indoor grow rooms run on efficient LED lighting — 600 lights in flower today, with another 450 allocated for our upcoming nursery — which cuts energy draw and heat load compared to traditional grow lighting.

We cultivate in 100% renewable coco medium rather than synthetic alternatives, so spent medium returns to the earth instead of a landfill. Combined with the repurposed building itself, sustainability isn't a marketing line for us — it's how the whole operation was designed from day one.

In-House Mix

Our nutrients are custom-blended and formulated in house, giving us precise control over plant nutrition at every stage of the cycle. No off-the-shelf bottles, no guesswork — every batch is mixed for exactly what the rooms need that week.

Our approach is a hybrid of the two standard models in cannabis cultivation: a top-fed salt program, layered with biologicals and aerated composting. We get the precision and repeatability of salts with the soil biology that brings out the best in each cultivar.

Paired with renewable coco medium and our genetic library, that in-house program is what sets our flower apart — repeatable, top-shelf harvests, room after room.
